Michael Farrence Obituary
Michael Farrence of East Stroudsburg passed away Friday, Aug. 20, at the age of 71.
Born in Scranton to the late Michael and Ann (Chinches) Farrence, he was married to his wife, Bessie, for 30 years. He was proud to be a United States Marine and held the Corps close to his heart. He was also very proud to have served his country in Vietnam. He loved hunting and fishing with his sons.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Edward and James; sister, Rita Capwell; sons, Tony and Jimmy.
He is survived by son, Michael, Scranton; sons, Matt and Eddie, Stroudsburg; daughter, Tracy, Stroudsburg; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at a later date.
