Joshua Block Obituary

Joshua J. Block Port Huron Joshua James Block, 21, of Port Huron, died Friday, October 10, 2008. He was born February 15, 1987 in Port Huron. Joshua graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 2005, and worked for the Dana Corporation. He loved snorkeling, aquarium fish, and spending time with friends and family. He is survived by his mother, Paula Gostinger (Jim Sopha); his father, Arnold "Bud" Block (Linda Laskey); two brothers, Robert and Dylan Steckling; his grandmother, Mrs. David (Pat) Gostinger; an aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Susan) Gragowski; two uncles, Mr. and Mrs. Mike (Judy) Block, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe (Kay) Block; and several cousins including Justine Gostinger, all of Port Huron. He was preceded death by his grandparents, Arnold and Mary Block, and David Gostinger. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Monday and from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend Max W. Amstutz will officiate.
