Kenneth Redman Obituary
Funeral Services for Kenneth Joseph Redman will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2015, in the chapel of John Kramer & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Scott officiating. Entombment will be held in Alexandria Memorial Gardens at a later date.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015, with a Christian Wake service at 7:00 p.m., led by Rev. Taylor Reynolds. Visitation will resume on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Kenneth Joseph Redman, 50 of Alexandria, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his father Michael Redman.
Kenneth was a 1983 graduate of Holy Savior Menard, and played basketball during his high school career. He was employed for Holsum Bakery for 20 years; during his employment he was a 2008 graduate of the American Institute of Baking. Kenneth was currently employed as a packaging supervisor with AFCO Industries. He loved college football, especially Notre Dame, listening to music and spending time with his family.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Kim Redman of Alexandria; his children, Joshua Redman, Cady Chesne and her husband Chris, Logan Redman, Holly Redman, and Isabella Redman all of Alexandria; grandchildren, Hailey Bryant, Carson Redman, Scarlett LaSalle, and one on the way, Nathan Chesne. Kenneth also leaves behind his mother, Nan Redman of Alexandria; and one sister, Rebecca Stein and her husband Mark of Colorado.

We are very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. We had many a spirited basketball game. We played league softball together. He was good with Janyce. All of you are in our prayers. I am sure Big Mike & Kenny are together & watching over all of you. God bless you.
