Dear Carroll and family: Please accept the condolences of our family to you and yours. Mrs. Bartholomew was a dear friend of my mother during their teaching years together. As a matter of fact, I just looked at a picture of you being held as a baby on my mom's front proch years ago in your mothers arms.

I will attempt to get to the Christian Wake and hopefully see you then. If not, God be with you and your family at this hour and our prayers are with you.
