To the family of Mr. Ferguson: Mrs. Ferguson, I respect you for all you did for my buddy. I know you have been through a lot, and we will never know the long hours you have spent taking care of Mr. Ferguson. It was very obvious you loved him, and he loved you too. To Mike: You had a great dad, and I loved him. Remember that day in ER when he was my patient? Remember the "bath"? That conversation we had while waiting to transfer him will live forever in my mind. He loved you, and all who knew him would agree with me. To: Debbie-I know it has to be tough to lose your dad. It is no secret that he loved you too. Try to hang on to all those precious memories you have of him. (I'm sure there were many.) To the entire Ferguson family: each of you are in my prayers. I realize this is a difficult time for each of you, but the Lord will help you if you put your trust in Him.

The community has lost an important person, and a very well liked businessman. He will be sorely missed.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you in any way. I send an e-mail hug to each of you today, and will deliver in person when I see you.

Thanks for the memories Mr. Ferguson
