Irving Welchons Obituary

Irving B. Welchons Jr., 84, went home to the Lord on August 7, 2003. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Sr. of Chesterfield, Va.; and the love of his life Marie Wilmoth Welchons. He is survived by his son, Irving B. Welchons III and wife, Lousie of Charlotte, N.C.; daughter, Susan Robinson and husband, Temple of Petersburg, Va.; and devoted daughter-in-law, Donna Welchons of Chesterfield, Va.; sisters, Vera Mangum and husband, Bob of Berlin, Md., Anne Stringfield of Charlottesville, Va., and brother, David Welchons and wife, Liz of Chester, Va.; five grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends. A memorial service is to be announced.

Susan and IB: Sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. I know how it is - I lost my Dad in May of this year. Very hard to deal with. You have lost both of your parents. My Mom is still hear and doing well. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.
