John Gravins

August 9, 1960 - August 13, 2025

John Nelson Gravins "Jay", 65, died on August 13, 2025. He is survived by his father, John Gravins and his wife, Jeanne; brother, Alan (Sherri) Gravins; sister, Kimberley (Dave) O'Brien; and stepsiblings, Stephen, David, and Susan Bell; as well as many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his "brother and sisters" at the Pine Forest Group Home. John was preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie Gravins.

There will be a private burial in Hollywood Cemetery at a later date. We wish to thank all of the dedicated individuals from the Chesterfield County Dept. of Mental Health Support Services who have cared for Jay over the past 47 years and invite friends to send contributions to them at P.O Box 92, Chesterfield, VA 23832.
