Josephine Fragale Obituary

Josephine (Jodi) Fragale, passed away on April 2, 2016. She was 84. Jodi was born in Philadelphia on December 6, 1931 to the late Joseph and Lena Rocco. She was a loving wife and mother. Jodi was a homemaker who never tired of helping others. She also operated Miss Jodi’s state licensed day care center, where she taught and cared for many preschool children while never skipping a beat in her daily routine of cooking and cleaning for her family. She was virtually everyone’s Mom, helping anyone that she encountered. She is survived by her three children; Dr. Dennis(Anita), Mrs. Melinda Porrino,and Mr. Paul J.Fragale, Jr,(Jennifer), as well as seven grandchildren; Dennis Fragale,Jr., Ashley(Fragale) Rogala, A.J. Porrino III, Joseph Porrino, Paul Michael Fragale, Julia Fragale, and Nicholas Fragale . Relatives and friends are invited to Jodi’s Life Celebration on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Regina Nursing Center at 550 East Fornance Street, Norristown, PA 19401 to pay their respects, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial. In lieu of flowers donations in Jodi’s memory may be made to Regina Nursing Center or the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America at www.ccfa.org.
