Jacqueline Montgomery Obituary

June 13, 1930 - July 14, 2008

Mrs. Jacqueline Mae Montgomery, 78, died at home after a long illness. A native of Cusick, WA, and a longtime resident of Vallejo. Worked at St. Vincent's Elementary School in food service at the cafeteria. Enjoyed reading, quilting, sewing and music.

She was prededed in death by her husband of 48 years, Donald G. Montgomery, and her brother, Leanard Whittaker.

Survived by sons, John (Pam) Montgomery of Cedar Ridge, CA, and Michael (Janet) Montgomery, James Montgomery and Steven (Kathy) Montgomery, all of Vallejo; daughter, Sandra (Dennis) Jacklin of Vallejo; sisters, Phyllis Avery of Spokane, WA., and Barbra O'Bleness of Coeur 'D Alene, Idaho; brothers, Stanley Whittaker of Spokane, WA, and Gary Whittaker of Palo Alto, CA.; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 19, 2008, at 1 p.m. at Skyview Funeral Chapel, 200 Rollingwood Drive, Vallejo, CA. Family suggests contributions be made to Kaiser Vallejo Hospice or Alzheimer's research.
