DALLAS — Janet E. Fritsky, 84, of Dallas, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, from the Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
