I wish to send my condolences to Joe´s family. I got to know him as a security guard at the Stegmaier building. He shared his Philly papers with me daily, along with accurate critiques of its teams. Rest peacefully in Yankee heaven Joe.

I met Joe when I was employed by SSA in the Stegmaier Building in Wilkes-Barre where he worked in Security. He was a great guy & we had several interesting conversations, especially since we both grew up in Avoca. Sending condolences & prayers to his family. Fly high Joe!

I knew Joe as a fellow PSO, when I worked in the old Stegmaier building. We all loved him, including all the Federal employees who knew him. It was a pleasure to know him and work next to him. My sincere condolences to the family. May he RIP. God bless you KOZ!
