WEST WYOMING — Laura V. Duncan, of West Wyoming, died April 9, 2019. Memorial Mass 10 a.m. Monday, April 29, in Corpus Christi Parish, 605 Luzerne Ave., West Pittston. Friends may call 9 a.m. until Mass time at the church. Arrangements are by the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home, 509 Wyoming Ave., West Pittston.

Oh Laura, you were such a beautiful woman, both inside and out, always so kind-hearted, just as the daughter you raised. I will always cherish the times we had and the laughs we shared; they hold a special place in my heart. I can never hear the word "spades" and not think of you. I pray you can finally rest in peace and that your family will have the strength to endure and get through this painful time. You left behind a beautiful legacy, and your memory will live on through your wonderful, sweet children and grandchildren, as well as the rest of your loving family. God bless you and your family, and I'm thankful to him for introducing you to my life. This "kiddo" loves you momma.
Pete, Sarah, Mike, Frank, and family: my heart breaks for your guys. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sarah, I love you so much; I really hope you know that.
