My mother and father were close friends of Marge and Marty Walsh. Dr. Walsh. My dad Joe Kinane, Sr. and Marty grew up together and schooled together in Pittston Pa. My dad and mother (Romayne) married lived and had children in Pittston. We lived there for a short time. I was deathly ill shortly after birth. Doctor Walsh saved my life. My condolences go to all of younger Marty's family and my gratitude. They were good, kind, and a wonderful family. I wish I knew young Marty and Johnny as long as I did their parents.
May You rest in peace.

I wrote previously about remembering Martin's father, Dr. Walsh, and said I never passed the old Walsh home/ office on Broad Street. I meant William Street, of course. Much sympathy to the Walsh family.

Marty was a great guy. He coached our son Jason on those County Cup teams. We appreciated his dedication to the boys. He will be greatly missed.

Martin's father was a friend of our family and our doctor until his passing. A finer man there never was - he was a doctor of the old school the likes I haven't seen since the seventies. Sometimes he didn't charge. He came to the house on house calls.
Can you imagine?
I never pass the old Walsh home on Broad without thinking of that family.
I see the resemblance. I didn't know his son, but I wanted to pass on my sympathy to his loved ones. RIP
