My father, my daddy, my mentor, taught me to love and honor God and secondly my parents, I was daddy´s little girl. I could do no wrong in his eyes and even when I would do wrong it was a little yelling n then disappointment. That was worse than anything. He became a man that everyone looked up to. Loved our mother until he couldn´t remember anymore. Known to most as Farmer Bob, but to me Daddy. I am thankful for the sacrifices he made in order to give us a more comfortable life.Marine through and through Rest easy daddy, your job is done, now we will carry on in ur honor. Until our glorious reuniting I love u forever Your youngest daughter

I saw this and i was sad and then i remembered what a beautiful person this man was and I smiled to myself . I knew him from years ago when I worked at Turkey Hill in Forty Fort .I remember him being such a pleasant , happy and talkative man and it made me happy to remember that there are still beautiful people in this world who have touched someone with their kindness . I'm so sorry for the family's loss .

My sympathy to the family. I was a neighbor until I married and moved out of State. I did enjoy visiting with the family when I would visit my childhood home.

I had the honor of meeting the gentleman on a few occasions. He was a Marine through and through and a man who had an obvious love for his family. In short he was man I and many others could honestly look up to. His passing will make the world a lessor place. Rest in peace sir.
