For my brother, sister-in-law, niece, and Julia, we love you guys so much and are so sorry for this heartache you are going through. We all now have an empty space in our hearts too. I have been thinking all week about what I could write to describe the memories we have been so fortunate to have. So many wonderfull memories for such a short period of time, too many to write on a piece of paper. God blessed us with Jason's presence. Even though his time with us was way too short, he filled our lives with laughter, A LOT of laughter, and so much love. He had that amazing grin that lit up the room. When he came home singing the baby bumblebee song in pre-k, the countless hours of playing baseball, football, basketball, riding bikes, swimming, going to the playground, sega and playstation, he always had that grin that made you laugh. No matter what the mood, when he entered a room, he was guaranteed to somehow bring smiles to faces with his silly jokes and that laugh. The love he had for his family was so genuine. He had a heart as big as all outdoors. He was so generous and would do anything for those he loved. For this, we are eternally grateful. We love you Jason and will miss you so much.
Love,
Uncle Paul, Aunt Chris & Girls

To the Bruno and Pulcher families,
Jason was an awesome cousin. Even though i did not get to see him alot he will always remain in my memory. Aunt Nor and uncle Bill, everyone feels terible about what happened. But Jason is the laughter of this moment. Julia, your father was a great man. Always filled with laughter. For the few times i saw him he was always cracking a joke. Jesica, everyone sends love your way. It must be hard to lose a brother. We will always be here for you. My love and prayers will continue to be sent your way. Love you guys! RIP Jason! :)

Amy, So sorry for your loss & Jasons family. Too young to go.I feel so sorry for your daughter a father is very special to a daughter.

April 3, 2013

Julia,
I am writing an open letter to you because your grandmother asked if people would write about her son, so that as you grew, you would know the person you dad was. Let me start with a simple statement: Heaven needed some laughter, so God needed a comedian. As we all shared stories about him over the past few days, we all were quick to smile about the fact that every story about your dad ended with laughter. He had a personality that drew people to him, usually because he made them laugh. People knew when he entered a room because it wasn't more than 10 seconds before he was cracking jokes. Even if the joke was at your expense, he'd look at you with a very straight face, then start laughing and you couldn't help but laugh with him. He might have been at his funniest when he would joke about himself, which he did often. He loved to tell stories and never missed a chance to launch a punch line…or five! I believe the only thing he loved more than making people laugh and football was his family. He cherished you and I never saw him happier than when he was spending time with you. He never ran out of stories to tell us about raising you, which clearly brought him great pride and joy. There is much in this life that I am uncertain about, but I can tell you this much is true: 1) there are no saints among us, 2) your dad gave the gift of laughter to us all and 3) you were the center of his universe. Heaven needed some laughter, so God needed a comedian.
God bless you.
Love,
Uncle Rich and Aunt Crystal

Jason,
No matter how many curve balls life threw at you, you came back swinging. Always laughing and making others laugh. I will forever remember the big breakfasts and big jars of mayo, football games and movies on the sectional sofa. We used to beg you to drive us places and with a roll of the eyes you grabbed your keys and brought us to Wendy's for frozen treats late at night. We could hear your laughter from the other side of the high school and see you coming with your shiny cobalt blue stretch pants on game days. You have left so many memories behind but your spirit lives on, Jason.

I have known Jay for a long time. I hadn't seen him in years until last summer. I've always known him to be tough and guarded, but when I saw him with his daughter, that view changed. He had become a man and Jules was his pride and joy. I am so glad I had a chance to see him. Jay you were an amazing Father and person and you will be truely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and his beautiful little girl. RIP Bruno...
