Joseph Buscini Obituary
EAST GREENBUSH - Joseph Buscini, 84, of East Greenbush passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Albany Medical Center. Joseph was born January 31, 1939, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of the late Salvatore Buscini and Frances (Nardo) Buscini.
Joe was a chemical operator for BASF (GAF) for many years before retiring. Joe also worked concurrently as a bus driver for the East Greenbush Central Schools for over 30 years, and donated his time on the Bruen Rescue Squad. Joe was predeceased by his infant daughter Linda Buscini. Survivors include his beloved wife, Barbara (Ross) Buscini; his children, Lisa (David) Rivage, and Michael Buscini; sisters, Madeline Foley and Lucille (David) Mayo; sister-in-law, Shirley DeLorimiere; and brother-in-law, Paul Ross. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral Mass 9 a.m. Saturday morning at the Church of St. Mary in Clinton Heights, 163 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Angels, Colonie.
The family has requested, that those who wish, make donations in Joe's name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, N.Y. 12204.
