Mr. Allen was my 6th grade teacher at Laurel Junior High School in Rome, New York. (I am 75 years old) I remember his class in that it was full of creative activities. A life well lived and a person well loved.

The family of Lee 'Barney' Kellogg (1932-1995) and Joyce, extend to each of you our most-sincere sympathy in the passing of Bob, who, it seems I spoke to nearly every day during my 1971-1995 tenure with NYSUT, in the Western NY (Jamestown) Office. He was a special friend, giving much advice over those years. He was a special person who I shall hold in my memory and heart forever. I am especially sorrowful for the passing of his wife, as well, though did not know her.
