Webb, Steven Russell ALEXANDRIA, Va. Steven Russell Webb passed away at home after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at age 49. Steven was born in Albany, the beloved son of Brian and Nancy Webb of Loudonville. He was a graduate of Shaker High School in the North Colonie School District in Latham; Cornell University; and earned his master's degree at George Mason University in Virginia. During his career as a computer systems designer, he worked for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and lastly, the American Society of Clinical Oncology in Virginia. Steven was the devoted husband and soulmate of Kristen Sears of Alexandria, Va.; and adoring father of his daughters, Miranda Sears-Webb and Delaney Sears-Webb. He is also survived by his sisters, Carolyn (Rodney) Dion of Cohoes and Diane Webb of Loudonville; his nephew, Tyler Dion; and niece, Reagan Dion of Cohoes. He is also survived by his aunt Christine Wagner; cousins, David (Terri) Wagner and Brenda (Michael) Redcross and their children. Also surviving is his dear father and mother-in-law Earl and Marilyn Sears; and his sister-in-law, Leslay (Chris) Garrity and their daughter, Ava. Steven also leaves behind several dear friends to whom he was too ill to say goodbye. All who knew Steven knew of his devotion to Kristen, his family and friends, his study of astronomy, geology and history, his love of foreign and domestic travel and his love of the seashore along the eastern coast of the U.S.A. His family sends a special thank you to all his friends and co-workers at the American Society of Clinical Oncology for their kindness and generosity in the many ways they helped him during his battle with cancer. According to his wishes, he will be cremated, and his ashes scattered in the ocean, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

My everything, my love, my soulmate, best friend, and travel mate. My life partner in everything we did, including raising our two amazing daughters. As you said to me, we spent so much time together, we had become intertwind and because of that you would always be with me, supporting me, and loving me. I am glad your suffering is over, but I miss you terribly. I take comfort in knowing you died with no regrets, at home surrounded by you loved ones, which was your ladt wish. Goodbye, my sweet prince.
