CONRAD WILLIAMS

WILLIAMS Conrad LaVerne Williams, 83, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on June 25, 2013. He was born in Montgomery, Alabama on February 18, 1930. Conrad founded Beaches Animal Clinic in 1959. After 35 years of being a veterinarian he developed and nurtured a love of artistry. He was of Episcopalian faith and was a member of the International Rotary Club, Interact Club of Fletcher High School as a sponsor, and served on the Board of Directors at Ocean State Bank and Oceanside Bank. Conrad graduated from Fletcher High School - Class of 1948, and attended University of Florida, Louisiana Tech University, and University of Georgia, School of Veterinary Medicine. Family members include his loving wife of 39 years, June Falk Williams; children, Roman Williams (Martha), Judson Williams (Sandie), Buster Morrow, and Gary Morrow; grandchildren, Judina Keaton and Wesley Morrow; five great-grandchildren; and two four legged children, Jazzie and Amelia. He is predeceased by his parents, Aubrey Lake and Marguerite Lora Williams (nee Butler). A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 29th in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home.
