My husband and I met Jim 9 years ago when we were seeking custody of our minor grandchildren. Over the years we had Jim help us with numerous legal matters (the last was in August). He was a good man and always there for us. He will be missed. God bless his family in their time of grief.

To the Family of Jim Pearthree, I can only say what a terouble loss you have encountered, while I only knew "Jimmy" for a short 2 years I learned very quickly what a brilliant man he was, a devoted father to his family and children, the pictures on the wall reflected that so evidently. God Bless you all.

My sincere sympathy for the family. Jim, you got me through the darkest hours of my life years ago and became one of my most trusted and loyal friends. God must have had some pretty big shoes to fill up there. I'm going to miss the jokes and candid conversations. You will be sorely missed my friend. God bless you.

In such a short period of time, Jim not only was one of my good customers and my personal attorney but became a very good friend to me as well as my family.
He could make me laugh and I will miss his smile and his voice.
May God comfort all of you at this time with knowing that he is indeed in heaven with the Father for all eternity.
God Bless You
