I had the honor of getting to know Mr. J.Eichier while he was battling his illness. He had warm friendly way of welcoming people into his life. Jeff although, he was sick was able to still to make people laugh. He was a gentle kind man who always gave respect to those around him. May God shine his blessing down on Stephanie. Whom has some of his traits.

I worked with Jeff in Cincinnati. What a wonderful human being. It was a privilege knowing him.
I lost contact with him when I moved to Jacksonville.
Can someone tell me what caused his death? There was very little information in our paper and not much more in Hamilton Ohio's paper.

What a warm and gentle spirit. It was an honor to meet and know Jeff. Although only a short time that I knew him, I am grateful to have had the priviledge to be involved in his care here at Shands UF BMTU. He touched the lives of many of us here and for that I will always feel Blessed. Stephanie is a wonderful daughter whom Jeff often praised and treasured. What a gift they were to each other! Our prayers are with you Stephanie. Gale Smith,LCSW,ACSW BMTU Social Worker

I pray that time, and the love & support of God, family, and friends will lend some comfort and healing to those closest to Jeff. Few people take the time to care about co-workers, but the Railroad family is different, and Jeff was a brilliant example of this. I'm honored to have known Jeff, and I'll miss the bright happiness he wore on his face every day.

My sympathies to the family. We just received the word at work this morning. I'll always remember Jeff for his ever present smile and his good nature.
