We have had many wonderful years knowing 'Bud' when the three of us ladies;ME,Carlie,Betty Toney, wanted to plant a garden ,he helped us do it all;then when it all started coming up he told us what we had planted ,we were amazed at his knowing so much about vegetables..little did we know he was laughing at us behind our backs,he made us feel important.....those were the good ole days of living in Whitehouse,,attending the same Bpt.Church and our kids all attending school together,He told me to watch my butter beans and pick them before they got old on the bush,,,,,,so I did ,Jesse got furious ,I had picked a whole bucket of tiny ,tiny beans,,,I never lived it down ,always got teased about it...we loved that man....Christine ,I thank you for sharing him with us ,I will always remember our Farmer BUD..
