CONNIE SCHEFFLER Obituary

CONNIE SCHEFFLER 10/25/1951 - 06/26/2025 Connie Sue Scheffler, 73, of Kokomo, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 26, 2025. She was born in Scircleville on October 25, 1951 to her parents, Junior and Mildred Molden. Connie married Marvin Scheffler, her high school sweetheart on July 7, 1970 and the two shared 53 wonderful years of marriage before Marvin passed away in 2023. Connie was a graduate of Clinton Central High School in the class of 1969. She retired from Aspire Indiana, where she worked as an office administrator. In Connie's down time she enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, fishing, and simply being outdoors. She always had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed living in the moment. It's safe to say that Connie was quite precious to her family and friends; she impacted the lives of many for the better. She will be so greatly missed! Those left to carry on Connie's legacy of love are her daughter, Stephanie (Rod) Hipskind; grandchildren, Lilly (Levi) Koon and Joey Scheffler; and great grandchildren, Paisley and Oliver. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Mildred Molden; husband, Marvin Scheffler; son, Doug Scheffler; and granddaughter, Megan Stines. A memorial service to celebrate Connie's life will be held at a later date. Taylor & Cowan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Scheffler family in their time of need. Please feel free to leave an online condolence or share a special memory of Connie with her family on her tribute wall.

I am so sorry to hear this. I worked with money for many years and she was enjoying to both know and work with. The world is a sad place.
