Once in a great while a person comes into our lives who brings special delight to everyone. In my life Mac was that person. He did not have a bad bone in his body as they say. He was full of an upbeat and positive attitude. He filled the room with laughter and a smile. He always had a positive spin on life__never being negative about anything or anyone. He was a great story teller. He was a wonderful host. He was the ultimate patriot and he was a dedicated Mason and Shriner. And most of all he was a model citizen. Mac did, however, have two faults. He had terrible hand writing and his printing was not much better. But I loved it because that put me in second place in our work environment. The wonderful memories I have of Mac will be with me forever. He will rest with honor in Arlington with those who served__the ultimate tribute to patriots and heroes. My deepest sympathy goes out to Del, his children and grandchildren.
