Ann FRANKART Obituary

FRANKART Ann Josephine Ann Josephine Frankart, 89, of rural Fostoria, passed away 10:34 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 at Independence House, Fostoria. Ann was born March 19, 1922 in Fremont to the late Joseph I. and Mary Gertrude (Widman) Naderer. She married Herman Joseph Frankart November 10, 1945 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fremont and he died January 20, 2002. Surviving are eleven children; five sons, Eugene, Duane (Jeanette), Ernest (Cynthia), Dale (Kelly) and Donald (Rhonda) Frankart, all of Fostoria; six daughters, Dorothy (Tom) Rushworth, Zionsville, IN., Judy (Phil) Helterbrand, Fostoria, Patricia (Herb) Stimson, Toledo, Rose (Paul) Stanley, Sandusky, Karen (Chad) Crosby, Spencer, IN. and Connie (Ed) Gross, Holland; 29 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Naderer, Fremont, Betty (late Francis) Ochs, Fremont, Helen (Lawrence) Gutschalk, Helena and Agnes (Bernard) Boes, Kirby; three brothers, Louis (late Mae), Peter (Marcie) and Paul (Kate) Naderer all of Fremont; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Baker, Fostoria and Evelyn (Dean) Krupp, Carey. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Hubert (wife Millie) and John (wife Irene) Naderer. Ann was the retired co-owner/founder of Frankart's Egg Farm and homemaker. She will be remembered as a hard working, loving wife and mother. She was a 1940 Valedictorian of St. Joseph Catholic High School, Fremont, a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church, its Rosary Altar Society and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia. Visitation is Sunday July 24, 2011 from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. at Hoening Funeral Home, 242 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, Ohio 44830, where a Christian wake service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, where a Rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Wendelin Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Wendelin Church Annual Fund, Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorder Program # 600275 and Bridge Hospice all c/o the funeral home.
