Clarence Bilby Obituary
Survived by niece, Eleanor Jakubowski and great niece and nephew, Carol and Al Rankin and three great nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at Noon. Burial will follow at Wolfinger Cemetery.
