I am sorry to see that Jimmie has passed. We worked together at the Toledo Refinery. When he took on an assignment it was always done safely and efficiently. He was a very proud man. I am honored to say that we worked together for many years.

To my Uncle, cousins, Family, and friends,

You’ve done your time here with us and though there may have been things left undone you’ve been called to rest. We all have many fond and happy memories of who you are and how you touched our lives.

I remember how happy and proud I’d fill when you came home on leave wearing you’re U.S. Army uniform. We thought we were real special when you walked us home from school in uniform. That was great!!! I also remember meeting Aunt Anna and Heinz for the first time. We stayed up all night peeking through the vent in the floor anticipating your arrival.

My brothers and cousins and I often share our thoughts of the lesson we learned from you, my Dad, and the other Grace men that we were blessed to live with and learn from.
Yes Uncle I have memories and what great ones they are. You have all been and will always be Giants in our life.

And thought you are gone from here, your spirit and influence will forever remain, in your children, you family, and the many people you touched in this life.

Bless you Uncle, it’s time to rest. May our God keep you in ever lasting peace.

You’re nephew,

Tim Grace

Condolence to the Grace Family
In Memory Of Mr. James M. Grace.

It is with deep sympathy that we, the members of the CCTS / MHS Alumni Association, the State of, Ohio, share these words of condolence to the family to express our sincere sympathy on the home going of your beloved family member and our brother-in-Christ, James M. Grace. God will bring comfort to all who knew and loved James.

Our Alumni Association has been blessed to have known James as a friend and a fellow “CCTS Eagle” from our hometown of Evergreen, Alabama. He will be sorely missed. James was a man who loved his family. He was a gifted man. He was a hardworking man. He was a good man. He was a blessed man.

To the family of James, it is our prayer that God will continue to bless and keep you in his arms of love and protection. James now abides where there is no more sickness. He no longer has to struggle with any kind of health issue. His soul is well with the Lord. His spirit soars like “the Mighty Eagle.”

We, the CCTS / MHS Alumni Association will keep his beloved ones—children, grandchildren, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and the entire family, in our prayers. We believe in the Holy Scripture -- we shall see James again. He is now absent from the body and present with the Lord.

Humbly Submitted,

CCTS / MHS Alumni Association, State of Ohio

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
