I worked at the zoo with Laura for many years. In all that time, she was ALWAYS kind, supportive and up-beat. I am so sad to learn that she is gone. Sincere sympathy to her family and friends.

Mark, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you mourn Laura's passing. I met Laura when her student chapter at Owens attended an IAAP meeting. She soon joined our IAAP Chapter. She worked so hard to attain her CAP designation and was so excited and proud to have CAP after her name.
Laura was always a nice and loving person to be around. We traveled together and roomed together many times when attending IAAP functions. She was taken too soon and will be missed by all who knew her.

Laura was always a kind and caring person and I loved to hear her laugh. She was taken from us far to soon and we send our condolences to Mark, her family and her many friends.

Laura was my mom's best friend, but moreso she was a genuine light in all our lives. Memories of having a quick chat with her on the zoo phones as she tracked down my mom for me, and even going out together to watch Mark's band perform are some of my favorite moments. She was the definition of pure joy to all that met her. She was, and will always be so very loved and cherished.

Got to know Laura when she started working at the zoo in the late 90's. She was always smiling, friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed stopping and chatting with her for a few minutes whenever I was in the Admin office. She will be missed!

Laura was my dear sweet friend. Always smiling and thinking of others. She had an amazing memory and remembered the little things of a person, whether an anniversary, a birthday or even just to ask how one was doing. A truly kind and generous heart. She is missed very much. Love and prayers to Mark and Janet, Linda and Ken along with her dad. Teri
