March 25, 1951 - May 14, 2024
Linda Louise Smith, age 73 of Northwood, Ohio passed away May 14, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, after a brief battle with cancer. Linda was born March 25, 1951, in Toledo to Quenton and Charlotte (Breitchaft) Smith. Linda loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, Mark (Billi Jo) Smith; special daughters, Donna (Kenneth) Frey, Dawn (Al) Leionen; grandchildren, Mark (Hope) Smith and Kathleen (Roland Pardon) Smith; great grandchildren, Tony, Daniel, Bentley, Elizabeth, Caleb and Jack. Preceding Linda in death were her parents; her beloved stepmother, Roberta Smith; sisters, Mary Sattler and Diana Cochrane; brothers, Larry and Terry Smith; and her companion Mary Benjamin.
Linda's Life Celebration will be Thursday May 23, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio. Family and friends may also gather Friday May 24, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service begins at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral Home with Pastor George Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
Linda wanted to give special thanks to her best friends, Barbara and Dave Mocek, Darla and Dick Grames; neighbors, Lisa and Carl, and Mike Marcketo; along with Dr. Tara Robinson; her #1 nurse, Laura Kemley; and The Area Office On Aging.
