To the family of Bob Knisely,
I worked with Bob many years in the forming engineering department at Libbey as the secretary. His attitude towards life was so amazing. He was cheerful constantly and would help anyone who was feeling down. One of his favorite sayings were "your a gentleman and a scholar". I'm sure he is one of the happiest angels in heaven right now!

My husband, Bob, was a member of Weak Signals with your father. We sat with your parents at various Weak Signals events.
I knew your father because he retired from Libbey Glass Engineering. We would meet at various Libbey Glass retirement parties.
Mr. Knisley was a wonderful gentleman!!

To Barb, Bob and Karyn,
God will be with you in your most difficult days ahead. All you must do is call on Him. I've knownBob since first grade and he wanders in and out of my mind since that time. Karyn, he has friends whom God will use as vehicles to meet his needs. I've already stated to him that he's beginning a new chapter as are the two of you. Please don't hesitate to call me with concerns. I can't be there but I know someone who will never leave his side.
Love,
Paulette Wilson (and my guide dog Lizzie) [email protected] (334) 875-9797

I was a longtime friend of the family through ham radio, esp. Bob Jr. and am glad to hear his father's passing was peaceful. All my best to the entire Knisely family during their time of grief.

I would see Bob occasionally visiting the Hair Depot next to my work, Jamiesons audio/video. He purchased a DVD player from me within the past year. But most importantly for me is that I've known Mr. Knisely since my childhood because he and my dad were long time members of the Weak Signals.
I'm sure he'll be missed by many.
Sincerely,
Kurt Hisey
