Roberta "Bobbie" Slawski

Roberta "Bobbie" (Magner) Slawski, 69, of Toledo, OH, went to join her Lord and Savior, Monday, January 10, 2022. She was born February 23, 1952 in Oregon, OH to Robert, Sr. and Rose (Phillips) Magner. Roberta was a deep faith person with great love for her family and friends as expressed throughout her life. She loved her sweets and goodies, as well as her term of "do-dads" as she referred to certain items. She was a devoted mother and her family was her life. She loved her kitties, especially her saying to them "It's time to eat" as they would come running to her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Roberta is survived by her daughters, Lorrie Vermett and Kathryn (Joseph) Andrzejewski; her grandchildren, Daniel Snyder, Ashley Keyes, Justin Andrzejewski, Joseph (Zena) Andrzejewski, Jr.; her niece, Haley Ansman; her bonus-daughter, Jenifer Butler; her great-grandchildren, Anthony and Aubrey Keyes, Joseph III and Ryker Andrzejewski; her siblings, Robert (Nancy) Magner, Jr. and Tanya (Danny Ray) Magner-Williamson; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Connie LaClair; and her niece, Shelly Ansman.

The family wishes to express deep gratitude to the wonderful staff of St. Charles Hospital; especially, the ICU Unit for the care and support you gave to Roberta and Kathryn; as well as the love, support, messages and calls from family and friends, thank you all.

Roberta will be laid to rest at Lake Township Cemetery on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with a graveside funeral service. Memorial contributions can be made to the family. Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel.
