I am sorry to hear about Vi's passing. My parents were close friends with her and Bill.I was young but have many memories of our times with them. She came to visit me when I gave birth to my first child and she was pregnant to her son Billy. The last time I saw her was at her children's Jewely store and I enjoyed reminiscing with her. She was a beautiful person. May her memory be eternal

My second Mom when I was growing up, and my Mom's best friend. Your house was always filled with people, eating and having a great time. And every Christmastime was such a joy! You always pitched in to help others, and to make sure everyone was fed. You have left a legacy of love, laughter, friendship, and hard work. A very difficult act to follow. After a long life in dedication to others, may you rest well and in peace.

I'm overwhelmed with gratitude as I try to write words that will never truly express just how much you meant to me. Know that I am deeply grateful to have your guiding wisdom when I was young.

You treated me like one of your own children, and your sons were like my brothers and because of the love you shared with us I am a better man today. Violet Barrow, you will forever be in my heart!

Many great memories of a loving aunt and an all around great person. Many great meals around her generous table. Great memories in both Ohio and New York. She was the only person of her generation to climb the fence across the street from my parent´s house. That impressed me as a teenager. Rest in peace Aunt Vi. You will be missed.
