A neighbor told me this morning of Scott's passing. Every time Scott saw my husband he would stop and they would talk
about hunting and fishing. I know how much Scott loved it and Sam felt the same way.. It was a big part of both their lives. We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to his wife,daughter and to his many friends.

My sincere condolences to the Barlow family. I knew Scotty since elementary school and will always remember our good times in Little League and the hockey teams we played on growing up. RIP Scotty!
