Jule Marie Pisarchick, 85, of 107 North Street, Brockway, PA, rejoiced in the glorious reunion with her late husband, Paul Thomas Pisarchick, on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the Brookville Hospital, as the Lord took her home to be together once again. Jule was the beloved daughter of Michael and Caroline Nowak, born on February 27, 1940. Jule was very proud to be a first generation Polish-American. Her parents gave her a strong belief in God in the Catholic Faith. She and Paul began their 62 years of marriage on October 25,1958, and raised their family of six children in the house that he built himself for her.
After all of her children had started in school, Jule was employed by the Brockway Area School District as head cook in the Brockway High School Cafeteria before retiring with 26 years of service. Soon after retirement, Jule became the sole care provider for her husband, who she lovingly took meticulous care of until his passing in 2020.
Jule was the first freshman cheerleader for Sandy High School and passed her love of sports on to all of her children. She was the very first cheerleading advisor for the Brockway Screaming Eagles Midget Football Squad. She was active in the Brockway Wrestling Boosters as well for many years. Jule's years in the bleachers at all Brockway sports was continuous from the fall of 1974 until the winter of 2025 to cheer on her children and grandchildren. Jule loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Pirates. She also enjoyed listening to her scanner and keeping a watchful eye on the Brockway School District from her bay window or porch. Jule was head lifeguard at her family pool that brought her much pleasure to watch her 18 grandchildren enjoy.
Jule is survived by her children Paula Adamentz of Charlotte, NC, and Thomas (Sue Williams) Pisarchick, Carole Ann (Quinn) Lundberg, Janice (Randy) Bart, Mary Beth (Edward) Yahner, and Michael Pisarchick (Beth), all of Brockway, as well as Michael (Karen) Halpin of Brockway. She is also survived by her grandchildren Adam (Amy), Tara (Jason), and Clay (Ashley) Halpin; Quinn (Alexandra), and Quade (CeJae) Lundberg; Mackenzie (Ian), Gabrielle (Seth), and Demetria Bart; Joel (Katiana), Gavin, Pierce (Allison), and Reese Yahner; Sylvia, Weston, and Parker Pisarchick. Jule was also blessed with her great grandchildren Connor and Ramona Halpin. She so wished to see the soon to be arrival of another great grandchild due any day. Jule is also survived by her older brother Thomas (Julia) Nowak and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and husband, Jule was preceded in death by twin infant granddaughters Mary and Elizabeth Halpin, and Anastazia Bart.
The family will be holding vigil from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Monday, April 7, 2025, at the Shugarts Funeral Home in Brockway with mass of Christian Burial to be held at St. Tobias Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 1 PM co officiated by Father John Detisch and Monsignor Charles Kaza. Jule has requested no flowers or tribute mementoes. Because of her love for the Brockway School District as a neighbor and employee, it is her desire for memorial donations be made to the Brockway Student Loan Fund or the Brockway We Care Fund, 40 North Street, Brockway, PA 15824 to help benefit the needs of the students.
