James, who was a kind man, was a soldier friend of my husband Frank and I met him when we living on base.

Jim Shirley was always a man of thoughtfulness and kind words. He was witty, quick to turn a phrase, and always exuded an optimistic attitude.

Frank & I are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing.......Frank and Jim were in the army together from basic training to their last days in the service.
He was a gentle and kind man.......and soldier..
