I remember having fun at Aunt Ag & Uncle Harold's house on Lake Huron. She was an extremely humorous and loving Great Aunt. She will be missed a lot.

I have been married to Aunt Aggie's and Uncle Harold's great nephew Jay for 5 1/2 years. The first time I met them was about 10 years ago. I made quite the impression!! We were having lunch at my mother-in-law's. Everything was beautifully laid out on the "grand" marble table. I was putting out glasses when I dropped one!! Glass shattered everywhere...on the floor, the chairs, and some of the food. So here I am, mortified beyond belief, with 80-something year old Aunt Ag on her hands and knees picking up pieces of shattered glass. The whole time, she made light of it, "accidents happen" she told me. We continued with our lunch and I enjoyed her stories and perky personality.

I'm just sorry we didn't have more opportunities to make a mess and eat lunch.

You will be missed fondly.

Love, Cathy

I would go over her house with my Nana. She would give me treats and Uncle Harold would play the organ.I will always remember those special visits with my Aunt Aggie. Rest in peace!I will always remember you! Love Erika xoxoxo

MY NAME IS EILEEN KESSLER, I MARRIED AGGIE'S NEPHEW ROBERT IN 1970. AFTER WE WERE MARRIED WE RENTED A FLAT NEAR AGNES AND HAROLD'S OUTER DRIVE HOME. BEING A BEAUTICIAN I DID AGGIE'S HAIR ONCE A WEEK. WHEN I WOULD DO HER HAIR, WE WOULD HAVE "COOKING CLASS" AFTER. IF IT WERE NOT FOR AG I WOULD NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE, FIRST OF ALL CRUST, AND THEN APPLE PIE, AMONG OTHER THINGS. I HAVE HAD MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY/(AGGIE'S) APPLE PIE. I HAVE NOW PASSED DOWN THIS RECIPE TO MY DAUGHTER, KRISTI, WHO LOVES TO MAKE HER APPLE PIE. AS A NEW MEMBER TO THE FAMILY AFTER FIRST BEING MARRIED, AGGIE ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL WELCOME. WE HAD SOME REALLY GOOD LAUGHS ALONG THE WAY AND SHE IS PERMENTALY ETCHED IN MY MIND WITH GOOD MEMORIES. I LOVE YOU AGGIE, REST IN PEACE.

LOVE,

EILEEN

Aunt Aggie was the "cutest", she had a adorable laugh and was alot of fun to be around. I remember going up to her and Uncle Harold's house on the lake, my siblings and I spent the night in their garage, on cots. We thought it was so cool that her garage was so clean and had carpet too. Her attic on Outer Drive was full of fun things, she was always very welcoming when my family visited. She was an awesome baker, her date bars and fudge were fantastic. And one of my sweet memories of her was when my Grandpa passed away, (her brother Bernard) she came up to me at the funeral home and said that I did a good job of helping my Mom and Aunt Barb take care of him, she then looked at Uncle Harold and said "she needs an icecream cone." Uncle Harold drove us to Hardies to get custard, because Hardies had the best according to Aunt Aggie. At the time I was 28 years old.

Thanks for the memories Aunt Ag, may you rest in peace! Lots of Love!

One of my favorite memories of my Aunt Aggie is when we worked together in the 1950's at Superior Tool and Die. Aunt Ag got me my first office job, and until this day, I still currently work in an office. To her I am very greatful. Our Sunday dinners at Grandma & Grandpa Slicker's house, our picnics at Chandler Park, fireworks at Aunt Ag's house on Outer Drive, are some of my special memories. Many laughs and fun times with my Aunt, she will always have a special place in my heart.

Love and Remembrance Always!
