W. Jeffrey Hartman, 71, of Lower Burrell, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025, in Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. He was born in Natrona Heights on Dec. 13, 1953, to the late Merle and Verna Elfrieda Schantz Hartman and was a lifelong resident of Lower Burrell. Jeffrey worked for Precision Rolled Products in New Kensington for 14 years. He had also worked for API and Bigfoot. He was a member of the International Hot Rod Association and was an avid racecar enthusiast, spending most of his free time at Keystone, drag racing and working on cars. He is survived by his siblings, Christine Hughes of North Apollo, Albert Hartman, and Traci (Richard) Hartman, both of Lower Burrell; and several nieces and nephews.
