Ursula Sprinker Obituary

Ursula Mary Sprinker July 5, 1920- Sept. 26, 2006 BEAVERTON- Ursula Mary Boskovich was born July 05, 1920 in Tacoma, Washington. She graduated from Aquinas Academy in 1938 and married Lucas Sprinker in 1946. They lived in Tacoma until 1947, Pullman, Washington until 1951, Harrah, Washington until 1966 and Salem, OR. She supported Lucas in his Veterinary practice and had three children: Gordon, Michael, and Karen. In 1979, she moved to Portland, OR. Ursula worked for Meier and Frank in Salem and Portland for 15 years and retired as a department manager in 1983. She then devoted herself as a volunteer in the guild at St. Vincent Hospital. She is survived by her sons, Gordon (Nancy) and Michael (Kathy); brother and sister-in-law George and Yvonne Boscovich; sisters-in-law, Mary Boskovich and Cashmere Boskovich; and 3 grandchildren, Marina, Amanda, and Patrick. Ursula was preceded in death by her husband, Lucas in 1978 and by her daughter, Karen Sprinker. An interment ceremony will be at 2pm Wed. Oct. 4 in the Chapel of Calvary Cemetery, Tacoma. Remembrances to Spear Breast Center, c/o St. Vincent Hospital, Portland, Oregon.
