Richland, Washington - Jaycob was born on 8-13-1986 in Richland, WA to his parents Helen and Ruben. Jake graduated from Rivers Edge High School in 2006 and for the last 14 years has worked at the Hanford Site. Jake also had a passion for playing pool and participating in local pool tournaments. During COVID he opened his garage to host pool tournaments and gatherings for his friends.
One of the greatest accomplishments of his life was being a father. Jake was actively raising his kids with their moms, Cara Mckinnis and Kayla Banks. The 3 of them created a blended family unlike any other, that revolved around the children. Jake was a great dad-his love for his kids was at the center of all things he did. He enjoyed spending time with them, going to their sporting events and playing video games with them.
Jake is survived by his 3 children Drake (13), Chelsea (7), and Ariana (1) and bonus sons Sean Diaz and Kayden Clay. He also leaves behind his father Ruben Bayona and wife Nelly; his mother Helen Lemons and husband Pete; his sister Jennifer Garcia (husband Marcos), his sister Christina Barton (husband Kevin), and his brother Rueben (RJ) Bayona. Jake is also a beloved uncle to nieces Ryen Garcia, Eden Garcia, Olivia Barton, and Payton Barton.
