Kurtis was a good friend in High School and my roommate in college for a couple of years. He was someone that was always there to help and do whatever was needed. Kurtis was one of the most helpful people I've ever known. We will miss you and our prayers are with your family.

I remember Kurtis and our son Garth Malin looking forward to, and spending a lot of time together in maching band, ballroom dancing, and sports. Every time I saw Kurtis he was always smiling, which meant he was sincerely happy and, probably devising a practical joke! We will miss him dearly as well. Lots of love, hugs and prayers to his family!!
