The Plews were the neighbors behind me in the 1950s. When my mother died in 1957, Mrs. Plew would roll my hair and was very kind to me. I played with Pam and Sally Sue. I would love to hear from them. Joan Brown Clevenger. [email protected]

My Dearest Aunt Sally, Pam, and Suzie,
I was so sorry to hear about Uncle Jim's passing. He, as well as you, will always hold a special place in my heart. I still have the bookcase and toy box that Uncle Jim built me many years ago. They are among my most prized possessions. My prayers and love are with you.

Mr. Plew,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Europe fighting the Germans during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Jim and Sally are very special people, they helped shape our young lives many, many years ago. They were always there to lend a helping hand or just listen in good times and bad. I loved the days we worked together at Arizona Sash and Door and the drives to work. Known for losing my keys, I still have the glow in the dark key holder he made me over 30 years ago. The "rocking lion" he made Richard continues to be a family treasure. Attempting to help one of my clients get a jammed key out of their door, I took the lock apart, got the key out but put it back together, upside down...according to the locksmith they got to repair it...Jim you would have laughed with that story. Sometimes people drift apart but you and your family have never been far from my thoughts and prayers, where you all will continue to remain...and now Jim, I have another angel to help me find my keys and my way here on earth. My condolences to Sally, your daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all who knew and love you.
We were blessed to have you in our lives.
