Daniel Jerome "Danny" SMITH

Age 31, of Vadnais Heights Passed away unexpectedly September 14, 2022. Many of Danny's family and friends have said that some of their most fun and hilarious memories were with Danny. Danny had a huge personality. He was clever and witty, and always had his family and friends laughing hysterically at his antics. Danny graduated high school and then joined the Army National Guard where he served for 9 years. Over the course of his life, he worked in various union labor jobs, including his recent job doing masonry work. Danny was preceded in death by his father, David Smith, Sr.; and his grandparents, Noble and Mary Smith, Jerome Campbell and Lorraine Fitzgerald. Danny is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lorrie and James Fosse; his siblings, Rani Goerges (Tyler Bailey), Christina (Aaron) Hopp, and David Smith, Jr.; along with his adored nieces and nephews, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly. A celebration of Danny's life will be held on Thursday September 29, 2022, from 3:30-7:30 pm at Jimmy's Bar & Event Center, 1132 Co Rd E East, Vadnais Heights, MN 55110. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a memorial donation be made to offset funeral expenses.
