David fought hard and did his best with the tough conditions he faced his whole life. He really fought the good fight and kept the faith battling his cancer and was brave and cheerful every time we spoke, an example for us all in that way. He was a good man and will be missed.

I just want you all to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry for the loss that you feel but I know that David is truly happy now and no longer feels any pain. Just think of the gathering, David, David Jr, Jeffery, Raymond, Jules, Connie, Bernie and Maria...
Take care of your selves and know that I am here if you need anything.

I saw the notice and wanted you to know I was saying a prayer for your family. I still have special memories of Jules that I treasure; his family meant so much to him.
May God fill your days with His peace and sweet memories of David.

I was so sorry to hear about David's death. I so adored him and understood him I think more than anyone. He is no longer suffering and is free from all his pain. I know he's happy now visiting with my mother and father.
