Roger MENCH

Age 78, born in St. Paul in 1945 He graduated from Monroe High School. Roger served as a Medic in the Army during the Vietnam War. He and Sandra are lifetime members of VFW Post 1782. Roger is preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Edward; brother, Joseph; sister, Sandy Larson; and niece, Kimberly. He is survived by his wife, Sandra; children, Sheila (Petro) and Robert (Melissa); grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, McKenna and Blake; great grand children, Declan and Kairi; siblings, Rita (John), Michael (Carol) and Susan; many nieces; nephews; and other family and friends. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Church of St. Pius, 3878 Highland Ave., White Bear Lake, MN 55110, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 12:45 PM (meet in assembly area posted on Mueller Memorial website).
