I have not actually seen Neal since probably our 10th high school reunion but knew he lived in NH as I do and we got in touch via email/facebook - and out of the blue last year he donated to a non-profit I run to help asylum seekers coming to our border seeking a safe harbor. I remember Neal as very funny and fun (they are not always the same thing) - and kind. So sorry to hear of his passing. Best to those who loved him.

Neal was an awesome actor, and a kind and funny man. I had the pleasure of working with him on stage and in rehearsals for Arsenic & Old Lace. He was amazingly talented and dedicated, especially notable when he was hospitalized the week of the show but forged ahead...missing only one performance. A true, top-notch professional, and a better soul. I will miss not having the pleasure of sharing space with you again on and off the stage, Neal. Hoping you "break a leg" at the stage of the pearly gates, my friend! May you go in peace...

Words cannot capture how much we miss Neal already, not only as an integral part of the NH theater community (whether onstage or off), but also for being the most loving, generous, funniest and kindest of men.

I really loved working with Neil! He was funny and experienced on stage. I enjoyed him even more off stage as being a kind person who was nice to have around. He was generous of spirit - giving of himself and sharing his talents with so many others. I have created a Neil Blaiklock award in his honor to honor others who are as generous of spirit. We will miss you. Thank you for sharing your light! -Amy Mackay

Neal will be missed by all who knew him and all who witnessed his magnificent performances on stage. As someone who worked with him on stage (my father in Taming of the Shrew, and my date in the short one act Foreplay - a golf date), I lay testament to what a truly talented and kind man he was. Thank you Neal.
