Patrick was predeceased by his Paternal Grandparents, Roland and Anne (McIntyre) Swanson, Maternal Grandparents, Joseph F. and Simone (Normand) Scott, his father, Robert W. Swanson, his step-mother, Nancy (Comire) (Stanczak) Swanson.

My sincere condolences to Patrick's Family and Friends. It's been many years since I've seen Patrick. Nonetheless I have many memories of Patrick and all the other west side kids doing what west side kids do, west little league baseball games, sketchy bike ramps, black acres bike rides. Rest In Peace Patrick, you will be missed.

I am very sad to hear of the passing of Patrick. Knew him from when he came up to Mellow Mushroom around 2006. Was always nice and loved our conversations. Sports talks mainly. Shocked and saddened. Devastated. Miss him and didn't get to see him for awhile. If there is anything I can do for family or close friends please reach out to me.

Such very sad news. I grew up in Manchester; Patrick's older brother Michael and I were sidekicks. So many memories and so many of them include Pat. Clearly, he brought his charm and affable nature with him to the south. May Lori, Sheila, and family and friends in both New Hampshire and Georgia take some comfort in knowing that Pat was well-loved wherever he was. Pat you'll be missed!
