Maria Guadalupe Briones
HARLINGEN, TX- Maria Guadalupe Briones, 61, entered the Lord's heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.
She was a lifetime resident of Harlingen, and a member of El Buen Samaritano Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Moises and Lina Briones and a brother, Antonio Rodriguez.
Maria is survived by her loving daughter, Gabriela Briones of Harlingen; three brothers, Juan Briones; Jose (Maria Isias) Briones both of Harlingen, and Chayo (Olivia) Briones of Waukesha, WI; two sisters, Angela (Lupe) Moreno of Harlingen, and Maria de la Luz (Florencio) Garcia of Waukesha, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held today, April 6, 2007 from 1 P.M. to 9 P.M. with a prayer service at 7 P.M. at Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 10 A.M. at El Buen Samaritano Church in Combes with Pastor Clemente Bernal.
Interment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in La Feria.
Honored to be pallbearers will be Roberto Briones, Misael Briones, Fernando Garcia, Jr., Sergio Moreno, Noe Nieto, and Mauro Briones.
Honorary pallbearers will be Hector Briones, and Jose Manuel Briones.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Trinity Funeral Home 1002 East Harrison Harlingen, Texas 78550 (956) 364-2444.
