William (Bill) T. Davison
William T. (Bill) Davison, 61 of DeKalb passed away on November 30, 2021 at Kishwaukee Hospital.
He was born on April 12, 1960, in Greenfield Iowa to William Davison Jr. and Mary Fuhs Davison.
He is survived by his sisters Deanna (Jim) Glass, Dorothy (Jim) Armes, Darlene Merritt, Dolores (Steve) Schroeder and Mary (Tom) Aguinaga; daughter Megan; son Nathaniel; grandchildren Tobias and Jericho; 10 nieces and nephews; Stepmother Verna Davison; and many great nieces, nephews, aunt and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bill owned and operated Davison's Bakery in DeKalb, founded by his father in 1960. He was a very talented scratch baker, who recently worked at Inbodens. He enjoyed his cats, and his family, especially his two grandsons. Bill also enjoyed working in his yard, rock music and ceramics. He graduated from St. Mary's School, DeKalb High School and Dunwoody Baking School in Minnesota. Bill was an altar boy at St Mary's in DeKalb. As a teen Bill was a burn victim and was a skin donor to help burn victims.
A visitation will be held from 11am-2pm on Tuesday December 7, 2021, at Anderson Funeral Home, DeKalb. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Davison Family, in care of Anderson Funeral Home, PO Box 605, DeKalb, IL 60115.
