Janice Mullins Obituary


JANICE ANN MULLINS of Myrtle Beach, SC died peacefully surrounded by family August 3rd, 2025 in Kissimmee, FL following an extended illness. Janice was born May 28, 1945 in Grundy, VA and attended Grundy High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents Riley and Ethel (Baldwin) Altizer.
Four brothers Newton Altizer of Flint MI, Jack Altizer of Fayetteville, NC, Paul Altizer of New Bern, NC and Russ Altizer of Palm Bay FL. Two sisters June Altizer of Grundy VA and Linda Altizer of Fayetteville, NC.
Janice is survived by her loving husband of 60 years John W. (J.W.) Mullins of Kissimmee, FL, daughter Ginger Mullins of Kissimmee FL and son Michael Mullins of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by four sisters Mary Wood of Wise, VA, Evelyn Ratliff Leonardo, Delores Chaney Woodard, and Wanda Thomas (Eddie) all of Kissimmee FL, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Ekklesia Christian Church of Conway SC for all of the visits, meals, home repairs and transportation provided over the last three years.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Ekklesia Christian Church 2469 E. Hwy 501 Conway, SC 29526
