Joel "Joe" Estrada, 74, of Visalia passed away on Nov. 19, 2016. Joel was born to Rev. Jose and Juanita Estrada in Garden City, Kansas. He moved to California with his family and graduated from Redwood High School in 1963. Joel worked in Los Angeles then moved to Kansas where he spent many years before returning to Tulare. He married his beloved Anabel in 1980. They enjoyed playing bingo at the Tachi Palace together and he at The Meadows or the Senior Center until his last day. Joel worked many jobs but found his greatest passion working as a security guard with Condors Security where he proudly worked until he retired.

Joel was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and his beloved wife Anabel. He is survived by his brothers Jonathan and Everett Estrada of Arizona, family members in Kansas, Arizona, Washington and California.

Memorial services will be held December 22, 2016 at 10 am, Heart of the Valley Church, 2800 W Walnut Ave in Visalia.
